So we shopped around a bit for all the stuff for our bathroom remodel. We spent the entire day going around places to check out what they had.

We decide to go with Bath & Kitchen Showroom since they were five stars on google and had a great selection. When we get in there, they're very friendly and knowledgeable. We arranged the date to pick out everything. They came out and did measurements and seemed to know what we needed.

When we got there that day they seemed unprepared. We had to wait. The lady was very pushy on what she thought we wanted but whatever, I don't know, I wanted something that could sell the house and look good and be functional to me. But whatever, we paid for it then after that, things started to go bad.

They never gave us a delivery date so we were constantly calling them to check to see when it would be so we could arrange our contractor. (Their price for their work was A LOT more than our contractor.)

When they finally delivered the stuff, we kept in our garage, cool, no problem. We signed off on it thinking that we had all of the stuff when we didn't! They delivered like 5 big boxes of items and we signed off on 5 boxes... not knowing that at least one of the boxes was incomplete.

When our contractor started to assemble the bathroom, things again went bad cause parts were missing. We contacted them and they were like, "you signed off on it so it's your problem." Fuckers.

When our contractor went to put in the new vanity, the vanity they picked out for us had drawers. These drawers got in the way of the pipes! We couldn't have the drawers. We could only have half of a drawer. Our contractor had to rig it to get it to look nice. One of the drawers, not functional at all. Their fault for not doing their homework and telling us what we could and couldn't have.

Then, one of the worst parts, we ordered a new ventilation fan. They should have known the size since they did the measurements. Our contractor said it wouldn't fit. We called them again and they were like, "fuck off, it's your problem." And they offered us 50% to take it back for a restocking fee. That's extortion! I'm not paying half for something new, that you fucked up on. I ended up giving it away since I couldn't sell it.

They suck. Don't go with them! We both wrote one star reviews on google to try to warn people about these con artists.
