My mom's boyfriend, Kenny, took us on a boat ride to Bird Island. We were supposed to go to a few more places. We rode the tide onto Bird Island and we anchored there.

The tide went out too fast! By the time we came back to the boat, we were stranded. We tried to get another boat to pull us out but we were too far inland.

We ended up waiting around three hours for the tide to come back in so we could get out. Meanwhile, we had some beer, checked out more of the island, swam, explored the beach, and all got sunburned :p
