Very scary situation for me... I realized just as we got to the hotel in Canada that I forgot my work laptop's charging cable!

It worried me the whole trip since I had a deadline for work on Tuesday to deploy a Drupal 7 site. It was bad, I was worried the entire time. Bri said we would find one on Sunday (the day we left for New York). In the morning after we checked out of the hotel, we googled to get to the nearest computer place. They didn't open until noon and it was like 11 AM. We had an hour to burn. Bri walked into the store right next to it just to look around.

They had a cord that fit my computer! The worry was over! And now I had an extra cord which would fit just about any other laptop since it had a bunch of adapters. I also bought a mouse (which turned out not to work with my laptop).

When I worked in Rochester (in the hotel), I had to do everything with the touch pad. It sucked but I got the website successfully deployed.
